Staff Profile

I've been teaching at AGAPE since the Fall of 2016, first as the FACS/Parenting teacher and then, as of 2018, as the English Language Arts teacher. I teach all of the 9-12 English classes at AGAPE and also collaborate with Inver Hills Community Hills College to offer several courses to AGAPE students through their course catalogue.

I have a BA in English and Secondary Education from Gustavus Adolphus College as well as an MEd from the University of Minnesota in Parent and Family Education. When I'm not teaching, I'm usually hanging out with my husband, 3 daughters, 2 cats and 1 dog in our old house in St. Paul, or I'm curled up in a quiet corner with my nose in a book.
