| All students in Saint Paul must complete a 6 Year Plan (4 years of high school + the first 2 years after graduation) as part of their graduation requirements. At Agape students will use their Family Connection website as their 6 Year Plan. Family Connection is a website where students can explore interests through surveys and interest inventories, complete research on colleges and careers, and track college applications.

You will then enter your username in the student email line, and your password in the password space. (The user name and password is the same one you use to log onto your student portal.) These passwords are given to you by your counselor, Mary Gannon. Once your're on the Naviance site, explore the new site and begin entering your information.
Sessions will be provided throughout the year where sections of Naviance will be completed as an Advisory class. If you have problems logging on or need your password, please see Mary Gannon in the office.
